When something is not working

The things that go wrong most often, and what fixes each one.

Most problems are one of a handful, and nearly all of them are about which store is active or how recent the data is.

The answer looks wrong

What you seeWhy, and what to do
Everything comes back as zeroUsually the date range. Amazon's numbers lag by a couple of days, so a range ending today can legitimately be empty. Ask for a range ending two days ago
Numbers are lower than you expectCheck which store is active. If you sell the same brand in several marketplaces, you may be looking at one of the others
It says no store is selectedPick a store and ask again. Switching Titan Tools accounts clears the choice
The figures disagree with Seller CentralCompare like for like first: same store, same marketplace, same dates, and remember the reporting lag

A report never arrives

Some requests ask Amazon to build a file, and Amazon takes minutes over it. Titan AI waits, checks a few times, then tells you where it got to.

If it says the report is still generating, that is the honest answer rather than a failure: ask again shortly and it will collect the finished file. If a report comes back with nothing in it, that usually means there genuinely were no rows for the window you asked about, not that the request broke.

You are asked to reconnect

The link between Titan AI and your Titan Tools account expires, and can be revoked from the other side. When that happens you are asked to reconnect, and doing so takes seconds. Nothing you have set up is lost.

You will only see this when it is genuinely necessary. Titan AI refreshes the connection quietly in the background the rest of the time.

A change you approved did not happen

What you seeWhy, and what to do
Nothing changed after you approvedCheck whether the proposal expired before you answered. An unanswered proposal times out rather than staying live
Some of a batch worked and some did notTitan AI reports each item separately. Read which ones failed rather than assuming all or nothing
It says you cannot make that changeYour plan or your permissions may not include changes. Reading is unaffected
A scheduled task changed something you did not expectThat task has auto-approve on, which is the default. Check its setting

You have reached your usage limit

Titan AI includes a set amount of usage each month, and it tells you in the chat when you have reached yours, along with the date it resets. Nothing is charged automatically.

What you seeWhy, and what to do
You have reached your monthly usage limitYou have used the allowance included with your plan. Wait for the reset date in the notice, or turn on extra usage to keep working before then
You did not know there was a limitUsage and limits covers what counts, what your allowance is, and when it resets
The reset date is not what you expectedWith a paid membership the allowance resets on your own billing date, not the 1st. Settings, on the Usage tab, states yours
A charge does not look rightThe Transactions list on the Billing tab is the record of what was charged and when. Contact support with the date

Working from another AI app

If Titan AI's tools are missing in Claude or another connected app, the cause is almost always how you signed in there rather than anything on Titan's side. Sign in through the app's own connector settings rather than pasting a key, and the full set appears. Titan AI MCP has the setup for each app.

Still stuck

Give us the feedback from inside the chat that went wrong, using thumbs down or Feedback in the chat menu. That carries the conversation with it, which saves you describing what happened.
