Setup
ChatGPT
Install the Titan AI plugin from the ChatGPT plugin directory with your Titan Tools account. The skill is included.
Ask ChatGPT about your Amazon business and the Titan playbook using your existing Titan Tools account. Titan AI is a plugin in the ChatGPT plugin directory. Install it from there. The plugin includes the Titan AI skill, so there is nothing else to set up.
Before you start
- A Titan Tools account with your Amazon seller account linked.
- ChatGPT on the web or desktop. Whether you can install a plugin, and which of its actions you may use, depends on your plan and your workspace settings. On Enterprise and Edu workspaces, new plugins stay off until an administrator turns them on.
- Amazon Advertising tools need a separate Amazon Ads connection in Titan Tools. Linking your Selling Partner data alone does not turn them on.
Add it from the plugin directory
- 1
Open the Titan AI listing
In ChatGPT on the web or desktop, open Plugins and search for Titan AI, or open the listing directly: Titan AI in the ChatGPT plugin directory.
- 2
Install it
Select the plus button on the listing. If the listing offers no install, ask your workspace administrator whether plugins are enabled for you.
- 3
Sign in with Titan Tools
When ChatGPT asks to connect Titan AI, sign in with your Titan Tools account in the window that opens and read the permissions it lists. Some installs ask at once, others the first time you use a tool. Never paste your password or an Amazon credential into a chat.
- 4
Start a new chat
Type @ and choose Titan AI or one of its skills, or describe what you want and ChatGPT picks the tools. Start with a question that only reads, such as listing your stores.
If your workspace does not allow directory plugins, ask your administrator to enable Titan AI. A custom MCP connection remains possible with the server URL in the custom MCP guide.
Already connected as a custom MCP server?
If you added Titan AI to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server before 22 October 2026, remove that connection and install the plugin instead. The plugin uses the same server and the same Titan Tools account, and it includes the Titan AI skill, which a custom connection does not carry. A custom connection also does not pick up tool updates on its own. Remove it in Plugins, then install the plugin as above.
Choosing your store
Start by asking which accounts and stores are connected. Questions about seller data need a store selected. If none is, ask it to select your store by its exact name and marketplace. Selecting a store changes saved context, so a workspace that only allows reading may block that step.
Approving actions
Some tools change your live Amazon Ads account and Titan Tools records, and a change applies when ChatGPT calls the tool. Whether ChatGPT asks you first depends on its own permissions and the action. Titan AI cannot show its own approval prompt here.
When ChatGPT asks, check the tool and what it is about to send, especially bids, budgets, deletions and product costs. Every change here is real and there is no undo.
Updates and removal
Tool updates reach the plugin on their own. There is nothing to refresh. A new Titan AI tool can appear in ChatGPT a few days after it appears in other apps. To remove Titan AI, open the plugin in ChatGPT and choose Uninstall plugin, and email [email protected] if you want Titan to revoke it too.
If store questions come back empty, check your linked Amazon account in Titan Tools.
