Claude

Connect Titan AI to Claude on the web or desktop, and install the skill.

Connecting Titan AI MCP to Claude.

Before you start

You need a Titan Tools account with at least one Amazon store connected, and a Claude account on a plan that includes connectors.

Set it up

    Open Customize, then Connectors

    On Pro and Max accounts the path is Customize, then Connectors. On Team and Enterprise it is under Organization settings, then Connectors. Both open the same list.

    Add a custom connector

    Choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL:

    Authenticate with Titan Tools

    Claude opens a browser window. Sign in with your Titan Tools account and approve the connection. There is no API key to paste.

    Download the skill

    Get the bundle from titanconnect.titannetwork.com/titan-ai-skill.zip. The skill was renamed from titan-connect to titan-ai in September 2026. If you already have the old one installed, remove it after you upload this, otherwise both stay active and compete.

    Upload it under Customize, then Skills

    Same Customize menu, the Skills section.

    Start asking

    Open a new conversation so Claude picks up both, then ask it something about your store.

Keeping it up to date

The skill is a file you uploaded, so it does not update itself. When the tools change, download the bundle again and re-upload it.

Approving actions

Claude asks you before it calls a tool that changes your account. Approve them one at a time and read what is being proposed.

Do not always-allow a Titan action tool

Claude offers to remember your choice. For read-only tools that is fine. For anything that writes to your Amazon Ads account it removes the only check on spend, and there is no automatic way to undo an action once it has run.

If you have blocked a tool in your Titan AI settings, it stays blocked here too. Blocking wins over anything a client asks for.

Working across several stores

One Claude connection can reach every Titan Tools account you have linked. Ask it which store it is looking at if you are not sure, and name the store in your question when you have more than one.
