Before you start

• A Titan Tools account with your TikTok Shop linked.
• ChatGPT on the web with Developer mode available. Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces need the workspace permission for it. On Business, an admin or owner turns it on for their own account; Enterprise and Edu administrators can give developer access to selected members.
• Every tool here only reads, so there are no changes to approve.

If the sign-in says your account doesn't have access yet, send us feedback to ask for access.

Set it up

OpenAI is updating these screens, so your workspace may show Plugins or the older Apps settings. Follow the path your account has.

   Turn on Developer mode

   In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, then Developer mode. If the control is not there, check your plan and ask your workspace administrator about developer access.

   Add a custom MCP server

   Open Plugins, choose the plus button, then Add custom MCP server. In the older Apps settings, choose Create. Name the connection Titan AI TikTok MCP and use this address:

   Choose OAuth and sign in

   Choose OAuth, with automatic client registration when it is offered. Leave the client ID and client secret fields empty. Sign in with the Titan Tools account your TikTok Shop is linked to, then choose Allow on the Titan AI screen.

   Create the connection

   Read the risk notice and the tools ChatGPT found, then create it. In the older flow, use Scan Tools, then Create.

   Start a new chat

   Pick Titan AI TikTok MCP from the tools menu, or type @ and choose it, then ask how your shop did last month. If your account reaches more than one shop, it asks which one you mean.

Refresh or disconnect

After a tool update, open the connection in Plugins, choose Refresh, then start a new chat. To disconnect, remove the connection in ChatGPT.
