Work with Titan AI

Ask about your store in plain English, and see exactly what Titan AI did to answer.

Chat is where most of the work happens. You ask about your store the way you would ask a colleague, and Titan AI pulls the numbers itself rather than sending you to a report.

What you can ask for

Ask for anything Titan AI can look up or change, in plain English. There is no query syntax to learn.

The one thing to be explicit about is which store. The store selector sits just above where you type, and every answer applies to whichever store is active. If a number looks wrong, check that first.

Pick the store before your first message. Once a conversation starts, the selector becomes a label rather than a control. It still tells you which store you are in, but the store is fixed for that chat. To work on a different one, start a new chat.

The exception is an older chat that was never tied to a store. If you have more than one store linked, the selector in that chat stays a control, and the store you pick before your next message becomes the one the chat keeps.

See what it actually did

Answers are not a black box. As Titan AI works, it leaves a row for each step it took, labelled by what it did: pulled a report, crunched the numbers, looked something up in Titan's own material. Most rows also carry one detail beside the label when there is an obvious one, such as a campaign name, an ASIN, the phrase it searched for, or the date range. The whole list opens and closes as one, from the summary line above it.

Open the list when an answer surprises you. It tells you whether Titan AI went and read your account for this question or answered from what it already had.

It does not name the store, so if a number looks like it belongs to a different brand, check the store selector instead.

Send it a file

The + button beside the composer attaches a file to your question, which is useful when the answer depends on something Amazon does not hold: a supplier quote, a spreadsheet of costs, a screenshot of what you are looking at.

HEIC, the format iPhones save photos in by default, is not accepted. Titan cannot read one, so it used to appear to attach and then quietly do nothing. If you attach a HEIC the composer now says so and tells you what to do instead: on iPhone, Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible saves photos as JPEG, or export a single photo as JPEG and attach that.

Keep or share an answer

Copy an answer, send the whole chat to someone, or tell us an answer was wrong: sharing and feedback covers all three, including how to revoke a share link afterwards.
