Titan AI remembers your business
Set your brand and your targets once, and stop re-explaining your business in every chat.
The difference between a generic answer and a useful one is usually context: what you sell, what margin you need, how you like to work. Titan AI holds that in two places, and both are yours to edit.
Write down what it should always know
Brand context, in Settings, is standing background about your brand and products, and about how you want Titan AI to work. It is read when Titan AI needs the background, so you write it once instead of opening every chat with it.
This is the one setup step worth doing before anything else. An answer about your pricing is only as good as what Titan AI knows about your costs and your position, and without context it has to guess or ask.
Like a brand kit, brand context can apply to all your stores or to specific ones, which matters when two brands have different rules.
Let it remember as you go
Separately, Titan AI notices durable facts as you work and saves them: your brand, your targets, your preferences. That is what Memory in Settings holds, and it is why the tenth conversation needs less explaining than the first.
The Memory tab is being rolled out, so it may not appear in your Settings yet. Brand context above is available now and does the more important half of the job. Nothing is missing if you do not see Memory.

You are in control of it. Saved memories lists everything it holds, and you can delete any single one. Edit all as markdown is for rewriting several at once, and Clear all starts you over.
The switch at the top stops Titan AI both saving new memories and using the ones it already has. It is a full stop, not a pause, so if you only object to one saved fact, delete that fact instead.
Which one to use
Both feed the same answers, so the useful distinction is who writes them:
- Brand context is what you decide Titan AI should know. Deliberate, structured, worth revisiting when your business changes.
- Memory is what Titan AI picked up from working with you. Convenient, and worth a glance now and then to correct anything it inferred wrongly.
If an answer keeps missing something important about your business, put it in brand context rather than hoping it gets remembered.
