What Titan AI sends back
Files, live panels and the Titan material behind an answer, so you can check where a number came from.
An answer is not always just text. Depending on what you asked for, Titan AI sends back a file to open in Excel, a panel you can work with in the chat, or the Titan coaching material it drew the answer from.
Open a file it made for you
When you ask for something better read in a spreadsheet than in a chat, Titan AI builds the file and hands it over in the conversation, labelled with its format and where the data came from. Bulk exports and anything you want to filter yourself arrive this way.
Some files take minutes rather than seconds, because Amazon has to build the report before Titan AI can collect it, and if Amazon is still working you are told it is still generating rather than that it failed. Reports and inventory covers which requests behave that way.
Check where an answer came from
Titan AI has access to Titan's own coaching material, and when it uses it, it shows you. Cited phrases become links in the answer, and the sources appear underneath as cards you can open.
The card tells you what kind of source it is, because that changes how much weight you give it:
| Source | What it is |
|---|---|
| Lesson | Titan training material |
| Video | A recorded session |
| Post | Something a member posted |
| Comment | A reply on a post |
| Conversation | A member group discussion |

A Video source is the standout: open it and you can watch the exact segment the answer came from, without hunting through the whole recording, then open the full lesson from there if you want the rest.
Every other type opens as the passage the answer drew on, with a way through to the original: a Lesson links to the full lesson, and a Post or a Comment links to the post it came from. A Conversation source is the one that shows you the passage on its own, with nothing further to open.
This is the fastest way to settle "is this Titan's actual advice, or a general answer?" If an answer has no sources, it came from your own data or from general knowledge, not from Titan material.
Work with a panel in the chat
Some answers come back as their own panel rather than as prose, when the thing you asked for is easier to read as a laid-out result than as a paragraph. You can copy what a panel holds straight out of it.
