The Media panel
Find every image a chat made, pick the ones to keep, download one, or export a set as a zip.
When a chat makes images, Titan AI collects them in one place beside the chat: the Media panel. From there you can mark the images you want to keep, save one image, or take a whole set away as a zip.
The panel holds images from your Higgsfield connector, images Titan AI makes itself, and images made on your ChatGPT plan when your ChatGPT account runs the chat. Each image says which one made it.
Open the panel
The panel opens by itself when a new image arrives while you have the chat open, unless another panel such as a chart is open or you closed the Media panel earlier. After you close it, the Media (N) button at the top of the chat opens it again. The button appears once the chat has made an image or a video, or once Higgsfield has answered an image request with an error. That error shows in the panel as its own line, and it counts in N. A request that fails before Higgsfield answers, for example a timeout, shows only in the chat reply.
Image packages
On the Titan AI web app, you can ask a chat for a set of listing images, for example a gallery, A+ modules or three supporting images. Titan AI makes them as one package. A card in the chat counts the images as they are made, such as Supporting 3/3, and the panel lists them under headings such as Supporting.
Each package image comes from your monthly Titan AI allowance, with no approval card. Every image is a square for now. If one image fails, the panel says Generation failed on it and every finished image stays available. Retry name only asks for that one image again.
Change an image by pointing at it
Each package image has a pen, labelled Ask for a change to name. Click it, describe the change in the chat box and send. Titan AI makes a new version of that image and keeps the old one. Each change comes from your Titan AI allowance, with no approval card.
Once an image has more than one version, it shows which version you are looking at, such as v2, and the versions under it let you switch back to an earlier one. The version you choose is the one Select uses; Export takes every version you selected.
Pick the images to keep
Under each ready image there is a Select button. Click it and it changes to Selected. Click it again to take the image back out. The number you have picked shows beside Export at the top of the panel, as N selected.
On an image with versions, Select picks the version you are looking at. Each version you have selected has a tick in the version list under the image, even while you look at another one, and each one goes in the export. Switching between versions never changes what is selected. When you change an image, the new version shows but is not selected, and the version you had selected stays selected. To take a selected version back out, switch to it and click Selected.
Your picks are saved with the chat. Reload the page, come back tomorrow, or open the same chat on another device, and the same images are still selected.
Download one image
The download button beside Select saves that one image to your computer. If the image cannot be downloaded, Titan AI says so.
An image from a connector that Titan AI could only keep a short-lived copy of has no download button, because Titan AI cannot fetch that copy for you. Export lists it under Not included instead.
Export a set as a zip
Click Export at the top of the panel. Export images opens and shows what the zip will hold.
- Choose Selected (N) to export only the images you picked, or All ready images (M) to export every image that is ready, each as the version it shows. The count beside them reads N selected or M images. N selected is the same number the panel shows. It counts each version you selected, and only those: two selected versions of one image count as two.
- Check the list under Not included, if there is one. It names each image Titan AI cannot put in the zip and the reason.
- Click Download N images. The zip is saved to your computer as
titan-ai-images-<date>.zip.
The zip holds the images in the order the panel shows them, a manifest.json
that lists each image, and a README.txt that says in plain words what is in
the archive. When an export holds more than one version of the same image, each
of them is labelled with its version, such as v1 and v2, in the sheet and
in its file name. Exports hold images only. If the chat also made videos, the sheet
says so, and leaving them out does not make the zip incomplete.
You can export at any time, even while images are still arriving.
When the zip is incomplete
With All ready images, if anything other than a video cannot go in the
zip, including an image still being made or waiting for your approval, the zip
name ends in -incomplete.zip, and both the README and the manifest list
what is missing and why.
With Selected, only the images you picked count. An image you did not pick
is ignored, even if it failed or is still running, so a zip of three ready
picks is complete. It ends in -incomplete.zip only when one of your own picks
cannot go in it.
The reasons you can see under Not included are:
| Reason | What it means |
|---|---|
| The connector reported a failure | The connector said the image did not finish. |
| Not stored | The connector sent the image in a form Titan AI could not keep. |
| Temporary copy only | Titan AI only kept a temporary copy of this connector image, so it cannot go in the zip. |
| Could not be fetched | The image could not be downloaded when the zip was made. Try again. |
| No longer in this conversation | You selected it earlier, and it is no longer in this chat. |
| Still running | The image is still being made. |
| Waiting for your approval | The image is waiting for you to approve it in the chat. |
Titan AI lists only what it can see in the chat. If a request to Titan AI's own image generation failed before any image existed, it shows only in the chat reply, not in the panel or the zip. A Higgsfield request that Higgsfield answered with an error does appear in the panel, and an All ready images export lists it as The connector reported a failure.
